Jiangsu R & D UHV transformer tester is the world's first

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On August 23rd, the State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute used its own international first UHV transformer test vehicle to complete the last two 1000 kV bus voltage transformers on the Dongwu station of the UHV Huaihang line. Test work. The successful application of the UHV transformer field test vehicle in the Huai-Shang line project indicates that the hospital has a full range of high-voltage power transformer mobile inspection technology covering voltage levels from 110 kV to 1000 kV, which has been identified as a domestic and international initiative.

The on-site inspection of power transformers is an important means to ensure the accurate operation of power grid protection devices and the accurate and reliable measurement of electrical energy. In the past, on-site inspections all used decentralized test equipment, and temporary platforms were required. The equipment was bulky and heavy, the equipment installation wiring was complicated, the difficulty was high, and the safety risks were great. The test data could not be transmitted remotely, resulting in long on-site inspection time and work efficiency. Low, safety factor is not high. With the development of power grids in the new stage of high voltage level, large capacity transmission, and long-distance transmission, the development level of on-site inspection technology of power transformers, the status of inspection equipment, and safety performance cannot adapt to the development trend of high voltage and current at the site, especially In the field test of UHV substations, the traditional inspection methods and test capabilities have failed to meet the test conditions required by the regulations.

Since 2009, the Institute of Electrical Engineering and Technology of the People's Government of China Academy of Science and Technology has carried out research on the mobile inspection technology of high-voltage transformers. The hospital achieved many breakthroughs in key technologies such as the development of new vehicle-mounted standard devices, reactive power optimization design of large-capacity test equipment, integrated integration of test equipment, automatic control of high-voltage and high-current field tests, and safety protection. In 2009, the company successfully developed the first domestic 220 kV (110 kV compatible) transformer mobile test vehicle in China and created a precedent for the domestic mobile high-voltage transformer integration testing technology; in 2013, it successfully achieved 500 kV (compatibility) in China. 220 kV function) Transformer mobile test vehicle engineering application; at the end of 2015, completed the first international research and development of 220 kV to 1000 kV full range of high voltage power transformer mobile test vehicle.

It is reported that as of now, the series of test vehicles have been successfully applied in power trade gateways in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang and other provinces, completing voltage levels of 110kV to 1000kV and exceeding 10,000 sets of transformers. On-site inspections and handover tests ensured that the safe operation of the power grid and trade settlements were fair and equitable, reduced potential safety hazards, saved a great deal of manpower and material resources, greatly improved the test efficiency, shortened the power outage test time, and realized the intelligentization of on-site inspection technologies. Greatly improved the inspection level of the power transformer.
