[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently commissioned by the Department of Social Development Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, the China 21st Century Agenda Management Center organized the 12th Five-Year National Science and Technology Support Program “Key Technologies and Equipment for Monitoring Greenhouse Gas Emissions†project acceptance meeting in Beijing. .
Comrades from the project organization unit Anhui Science and Technology Department attended the meeting. The acceptance expert group listened carefully to the project report, reviewed the inspection materials in detail, and evaluated the project completion situation and the use of funds, and agreed that the project passed the acceptance.
The "Key Technologies and Equipment for GHG Emission Monitoring" project aims to address the needs of China's GHG emissions monitoring key technical equipment and technical specifications, develop multi-objective, multi-component GHG emission monitoring instruments and equipment, and conduct demonstrations in typical enterprises. And formulate relevant technical specifications for greenhouse gas emission monitoring.
Since the implementation of the project, combined with the development status of China's greenhouse gas emission monitoring instruments and equipment, through the complementarity of the industry-university-research-and-research alliance and the highly efficient technology transfer model, a greenhouse gas point source emission Fourier transform extraction type monitoring device and a greenhouse gas portable FT-IR spectrum have been developed. Detection equipment, GHG emissions from surface sources, open light Fourier infrared spectroscopy, continuous monitoring equipment, multi-parameter greenhouse gas concentration monitoring, tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) equipment, industrial coal-fired CO2 emission total automatic on-line monitoring equipment, non-dispersion Infrared (NDIR) flue gas CO2 gas concentration detection technology and equipment, flue gas CO2 emission measurement on-line monitoring equipment and more than ten kinds of atmospheric and smoke temperature chamber gas monitoring equipment.
The project has applied demonstrations in Masteel, Shandong Carbon, Datang Luohe Power Plant, and Huarong Power Plant, and has achieved good demonstration results.
The project has established a long-term strategic cooperative relationship between scientific research institutes, industries, and industry users, achieving complementary advantages and forming a competitive industrial chain of greenhouse gas monitoring instruments. The implementation of the project has provided technical support for the regulation of atmospheric greenhouse gas emissions and carbon emissions in China, with obvious social and economic benefits.
