Leaders and experts agreed that the project acceptance materials are complete and standardized and meet the acceptance requirements. The project has successfully developed ICP spectrometers and ICP mass spectrometers with independent intellectual property rights to realize the popularization and application of ICP full-spectrum spectrometers and ICP mass spectrometers; it has overcome ICP RF sources, quadrupole RF sources, and laser ablation solid direct injection systems. , multi-position automatic sample input device, high-resolution two-dimensional spectroscopic system based on mid-echelon grating and large-area CCD acquisition, collision reaction cell, mid-echelon grating characterization, quadrupole, key components, key technologies, and core component technologies Process problems; For the general characteristics and special needs of domestic users, a multi-functional open software, spectral line and analysis method database is integrated in the instrument to improve the international competitiveness of domestic analytical instruments. During the project implementation period, a total of 51 analytical methods, applications, and comparative reports were completed, forming 8 industry standards, 38 patents (of which 19 were authorized patents), 4 software copyrights, and 65 papers published. The project's expected goals are all achieved.
In terms of engineering and industrialization, the project leader has built an ICP spectrometer and ICP mass spectrometer industrial base in Yongfeng, applying reliability management theory, tools, methods and equipment to the entire process of analytical instrument development and establishing a complete In the quality management system, four production lines for ICP RF source, laser ablation sample introduction system, ICP full spectrum spectrometer, and ICP mass spectrometer were built. The ICP full-spectrum spectrometer has obtained the production license, and the products have been sold to Ningxia, Zhejiang, Shandong, Xinjiang, Hunan, Henan, and foreign countries (Iran).
