[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On January 8, 2018, the AQSIQ Scientific and Technological Planning Project “Study of Ultrasonic Water Diffusion Probe Sound Field Audiometry and Measurement Device†undertaken by the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering passed the acceptance.
The acceptance expert committee is from Hohai University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Advanced Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Pugong Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Honeywell (China) Co., Ltd. The seven technical experts and financial experts from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The acceptance expert committee heard the report of the person in charge of the project, reviewed relevant technical documents and certification materials, and conducted rigorous and in-depth questions. After full discussion, the acceptance expert committee believes that the project team has submitted complete acceptance materials and reasonable project expenditures. The ultrasonic immersion probe sound field measuring and measuring device developed by the project has reached a world advanced level and has a good scientific nature. Practicality, unanimously agreed that the project passed acceptance.
Ultrasonic flooding detection is an important non-destructive testing method. Its advantage is that it eliminates the need for direct contact during testing, eliminates difficult-to-control factors in direct contact detection, has good reproducibility of detection results, and is advantageous for improving detection speed, especially for rough surfaces. Test specimens and flaw detection on curved workpieces, ultrasonic water immersion testing has been widely used in machinery manufacturing, petrochemical, ship and ship, automobile, metallurgy, aerospace and nuclear energy industries.
Carrying out the measurement of the sound field of the flooding probe can ensure the accuracy of the flaw detection result and avoid the detection failure caused by the divergence of the sound field of the probe. The development of an ultrasonic immersion probe sound field audiometry measurement device solves the problem of calibration of the sound field characteristics of the ultrasonic immersion probe in East China. It is important for enterprises and scientific research institutes developed by ultrasonic testing instruments to grasp the sound field characteristics of sensors and improve the design of ultrasonic flooding probes. It also provides a basis for the accurate use of such equipment by users of ultrasonic water dip detection equipment.
