1.This product is applicable for feeding medium which has the following properties
2.High solid content (Â diameter of the biggest particle is 50mm) or no solid content
3.Medium with all viscosities (Â 1mPas -Â 3,000,000mPas )
4.Medium that is easy to be generated and sweeled
5.Shearing sensitive medium
6.Medium with erosion
7.Medium with/without self ubrication
8.Erosive medium (Â PH =Â 0~ 14 )
9.Adhesive medium
10.Toxicity hazard medium
Driving System
Stepless Speed Regulation . The speed regulator changes the speed by manual adjustment, which is safe, reliable and infinitive flow adjustment. But the non-automatic adjustment is also troublesome. Speed regulating should be done in operation not in shut-off state.
Fix Speed Output Reducer :Â The driving is easy with constant rotary speed of the rotor,which also leads to non-adjustablity of flow.
Variable Frequency Motor :Â It realizes both automatic adjusting and infinitive adjustment of flow. It is highly automatic and has large torque in low speed.
Wide Application
Single screw pump is used in all fields widely to feel kinds of medium, running at a constant pressure continuously, without pulse and damage when feeding medium, and change the gauging aim through adjusting rotation speed,is widely used to transfer various slurry liquid ,paste,cream
