Recently, the 475 academic meeting was held at the Xiangshan Science Conference. Several experts from scientific research institutes, research institutes and production units jointly discussed the key scientific issues of coal-to-olefin production in China.
In recent years, as the world’s oil prices continue to rise and China’s oil dependence on foreign countries continues to increase, the traditional production methods for naphtha cracking to produce olefins face great challenges. Experts at the meeting believe that this challenge provides a broad space for the development of coal-to-olefins and can stimulate the extension and development of the downstream industrial chain of coal chemical industry. At present, we should give full play to the resource advantages of coal-based polyolefins, overcome and solve the problems of low added value of coal-based polyolefin products, inadequate utilization of by-products during the production process, and “three wastes†and effectively grasp the development opportunities of the coal-to-olefins industry.
It is reported that at present, the production of coal-based polyolefins in China is mainly concentrated in Shenhua Baotou, Shenhua Ning Coal and Datang Duolun and other companies, with a total annual production capacity of 1.56 million tons/year, of which polyethylene is 300,000 tons/year and polypropylene 126 10,000 tons/year, accounting for 6.9% of the total polyolefin production capacity in the country. Shenhua Huaning Coal Co., Ltd. and Shenhua Baotou Co., Ltd. have successfully developed polypropylene 2500H, K1102, L5E89, polyethylene DMDA8007 and other products, and are gradually forming a three-footed market structure with petroleum-based polyolefins from PetroChina and Sinopec.

We have Dough cutting sending conveyor, Reciprocating Laminator, Three- roll sheeter, Recycle device, B/C/D Gauge Roller.
The laminator is the necessary equipment for soda biscuit production. The biscuit produced by laminator has the characteristics of distinct layers and crisp taste, which is conveyed to the molding machine to produce soda biscuit blank by clamping and laminating the dough after pressing.
