Before the Spring Festival, a total of seven product design plans for the 23t axle heavy liquefied gas tanker, liquid ammonia tanker, stainless steel fine chemical tanker, asphalt tanker and stainless steel clad steel fine chemical tanker developed by CNR Xi'an Plant passed the technical review of the Ministry of Railways. So far, including the 70t class light and sticky oil tanker, the 70t class large shaft heavy concentrated sulfuric acid, and the liquid-alkali railway tanker, the North Vehicle Group Xi'an Plant has developed 11 varieties of 23t axle heavy rail tankers.
The design schemes of these 11 types of 23t axle heavy rail tanker vehicles are based on the railway freight heavy-duty technical policy, and are based on the overall R&D plan of the 23t axle load railway tanker of the CNR Xi'an Plant to meet market demand. Compared with the original models, its outstanding features: First, the new technology of railway wagons promoted by the Ministry of Railways, in line with the railway freight heavy-duty technology policy; Second, make full use of the maximum axle load currently allowed by the Ministry of Railways, greatly increase the load, Maximize the efficiency of vehicle transportation; Thirdly, based on market demand, fully consider the requirements of customers, adopt new materials, greatly reduce material costs, further optimize the structure of the car body, improve technical performance, and facilitate user use.
