How does a sprinkler prevent burning oil

The performance of the sprinkler's burning of oil is that the tail emits blue exhaust when driving, which means that too much water from the sprinkler enters the combustion chamber to participate in the combustion. Under normal conditions, the engine of the sprinkler also burns a portion of the oil when it burns. These oils come from the oil used for cylinder block, piston, and valve lubrication. However, the amount is very small. The burning oil phenomenon discussed here is a failure. Burning oil beyond normal range.

There are generally two major parts of a sprinkler burning engine oil: one is a cylinder block and the other is a cylinder head.

Sprinkler car engine oil is also divided into several situations: one is excessive wear of the cylinder, one is excessive piston wear or piston ring failure. When the cylinder tube is worn too much, when the top dead center of the piston forms a "table", there is uneven wear of the cylinder barrel. When the driving cone or ellipse is used, the oil that is replaced by the piston ring will accumulate and participate in combustion; when the piston wears out If it is too large or the piston ring loses its elasticity after being used for a long time, the seal will not be strict, and if too much oil is brought into the combustion chamber to participate in combustion, burning oil will be formed.

Sprinkler car head oil is burned because the valve guide is eccentrically ground to form a gap, oil leaks into the combustion chamber and/or the valve seal ages, and the leak tightness causes the oil to extend into the combustion chamber.

When the watering machine burns oil slightly, you can roughly judge the fault location by observing the exhaust: If the cooler is burning, the engine oil is mostly the valve seal. If the heater burns the engine oil, it is mostly the piston or the piston ring.

When the sprinkler burns heavy oil, it is difficult to judge whether the cylinder or the cylinder cover burns the engine oil. It is necessary to disassemble the engine and check. Sometimes the piston must be pulled out of the cylinder and the roundness and taper of the cylinder is measured with an internal micrometer to judge. .

The solution after the sprinkler burns the oil

The most fundamental way to solve the problem of watering the oil in the sprinkler is to dismantle it and replace it with wear parts. In this way, although the one-time investment is larger, the durability and reliability as well as the recovery of the power of the vehicle are guaranteed.

As for the use of additives, it is only a temporary solution. If you do not want to change cars, it is not recommended to rely on additives. At present, there are several types of additives that are popular in the world (the name is from my own, and I understand the meaning, not the formal name and classification):

1. Sprinklers Lubrication: Improve the power of the engine by increasing the lubrication capacity of the sprinkler motor oil, reducing frictional resistance and reducing internal friction. This additive is obviously not suitable for vehicles that burn oil.

2. Casting type: Soft metal or other special materials (such as the early "Teflon") attached to the friction surface instead of the original metal friction, on the one hand to enhance the sealing, while protecting the original friction surface metal. These additives can play a role in the initial stage of burning oil, but because it is a granular and random oil flow, it can easily block the oil circuit and the core, causing a greater failure. In addition, because of its small hardness, with the use of It gradually wears out, and when the oil is changed, it will also be discharged by random oil and needs to be added continuously.

3. Forging class: Through the internal high temperature and high pressure of the engine during work, the metal is forged on the friction surface to form a new friction surface, increase the original workpiece size, enhance the seal, and protect the original friction surface. Such additives are relatively rare on the market at present, and if they are sufficient, they can be added in short-term or even long-term after one addition.

Both additives can alleviate the phenomenon of burning oil to some extent, but it should be reminded that the additives can not solve the problem of burning oil.

First of all: The price of additives is not cheap. If you use it for a long time, it will be the same as the cost of repairing the engine, but it is not as good as repairing the engine.

Secondly, even sprinkler car forging additives can only increase the hardness and wear resistance of the metal surface, and will not improve the metal properties and restore metal fatigue. For example, piston rings, even if the surface coating is thick enough to make up for wear and tear The part of it, however, does not restore its elasticity. The inflexible piston ring is like a waste of elastic rubber bands.

Third, sprinkler additives play a role in relying on high temperature and high pressure environment. Only the piston part can provide such an environment inside the sprinkler engine. The pressure and temperature of the crankshaft, camshaft, etc. are not very high. Others such as the valve guide Oil seals or other locations or pressure is not enough temperature, or the temperature is not enough pressure, the role of additives to play a big discount.

Therefore, it is not advisable to rely on additives to maintain or renovate the burning oil, or to repair it. Of course, repair involves the selection of a manufacturer with the right price, strong technology, and genuine parts. This is very important. It can be said that it is the absolute factor that determines the mileage of the sprinkler engine after maintenance.
