Yanchang Group planned the Jingbian Chemical Comprehensive Utilization Park in Yulin City, a national energy and chemical base, and launched a large-scale comprehensive utilization project of coal, natural gas and petroleum in June 2008. As this project effectively solved the problem of low carbon multi-hydrogen in the coal-to-methanol process and the lack of hydrogen and carbon in the natural gas and oilfield associated gas production process, and the residue pyrolysis dry gas was used to produce methanol, its methanol synthesis The conversion rate, utilization of energy and resources are all greatly increased.
According to assessments by Chinese and foreign experts, under the same consumption and investment conditions, the Jingbian project can increase annual methanol by 150,000 tons compared with international advanced technology, and the comprehensive utilization rate of resources is increased by 8.86%. The comprehensive energy consumption per ton of methanol is only 37.034 gigajoules, which is the most advanced The coal-to-methanol process is 23.8% lower, and the fresh water consumption is only 40% of the coal-to-methanol process.
The project also adopted a new concept of pollution control to advance the traditional pollution end control to design and process control. Compared with similar coal-to-methanol projects, this project can reduce 4.35 million tons of carbon dioxide, 1.22 million cubic meters of wastewater, reduce emissions of 270,000 tons of waste, and reduce 755 tons of sulfur dioxide.
