Solution: Check whether the cable and power cable of the first abnormal module in the signal direction are in good contact. If the LED display of the module is not on, it means there is no power input. The color (with bright colors) indicates that the module has no signal input. Please check whether the input end of the cable of the first abnormal module is in close contact. You can plug and unplug multiple times to test. line.
LED display bad point maintenance (out of control point):
After the single-lamp test confirms that the LED is damaged, the following maintenance methods are selectively adopted according to actual needs.
2-1 Front maintenance: Remove the screws of the fixed mask from the front with a screwdriver of the corresponding model (note the good screws), remove the mask, and change the lamp (please follow the method of changing the lamp below), change the lamp and gel After finishing, restore the original mask, tighten the screws (be careful not to press the lamp when you screw on), and finally, if there is gel remaining on the surface of the LED display, please carefully remove the gel.
2-2 Back maintenance: Remove the screws from the back with a screwdriver of the corresponding model (note the good screws), and unplug the signal cable. For safety, please do not unplug the power cable to prevent accidents. Use a multimeter to check whether the LED display is damaged. If the lamp is broken, change the lamp according to item 5 below. Specific measuring method: set the multimeter to the resistance X1 level, the black multimeter of the pointer type multimeter is connected to the positive electrode of the LED, the red multimeter is connected to the negative electrode (the digital meter is connected to the negative pen, the red pen is connected to the positive electrode). LED display single module does not light up:

Check whether the power supply of the module is good, mainly to check whether the power socket on the module is loose. If the whole module has color chaos or inconsistent colors (but there is a signal input and a correct picture), the contact of the signal transmission line is bad, replug the cable, or replace the tested cable. If a good replacement cable still has the same problem, please check whether there is a problem with the interface of the PCB board.
Change light
Remove the gel around the damaged LED display with a sharp tool (such as tweezers), and make the LED pins clearly visible in the line of sight. Hold the LED display with tweezers in the right hand, and use a soldering iron in the left hand (temperature is about 40 degrees. High temperature will cause damage to the LED display.) Touch the solder and stay for a while (not more than 3 seconds, if it exceeds the time but does not meet the disassembly requirements, please cool down and try again). Melt the solder and display the LED with tweezers. Screen removed.
Insert the LED display lamp that meets the requirements into the hole of the PCB circuit board correctly.
