Introduction to major equipment functions

A, LNG special transport tank car

It is mainly used for road transportation of LNG. It is thicker, stronger and stronger than oil tanks. After strict safety test, the ignition and explosion limits are much higher than gasoline and diesel and liquefied petroleum.

B, low temperature storage tank

Mainly used for storage of LNG delivery sites. The cryogenic storage tank has a two-layer structure, and the inner tank stores low-temperature liquid LNG, which is subjected to the pressure and low temperature of the medium. The working pressure of the storage tank is generally 0.3----0.6 MPa, the working temperature is about -160 °C, and the design temperature is -196 °C. The material of the liner is low temperature resistant (OCr18Ni9); the outer shell is the protective layer of the inner liner, and a certain distance from the inner liner is formed to form a heat insulating space, which is subjected to the gravity load of the inner tank and the medium and the vacuum negative pressure of the heat insulating layer. The outer casing is not exposed to low temperatures and is made of container steel. Most of the insulation layer is filled with pearl sand to pump high vacuum. The evaporation rate of cryogenic storage tanks is generally less than 0.2%.

C, vaporizer

The vaporizer is the main equipment for converting LNG from a liquid state to a gaseous state. The low temperature LNG in the heat exchange tube is heated by natural convection of the air to be preheated, gasified and heated into a natural gas. The vaporizer is connected to the cryogenic storage tank or tank truck through a valve block and a stainless steel metal hose.

D, supercharger

The working principle is the same as that of the vaporizer, but its function is to increase the pressure on the tank truck after vaporization, so as to more fully discharge the LNG liquid in the vehicle.

E, voltage regulator

In order to accurately grasp the working conditions of the whole set of pressure regulating stations, it is convenient to monitor and manage the operation of the whole system, and set the in-and-out pressure, temperature local display and signal remote transmission, pressure recording and over-limit devices. After the first, second and third stage pressure regulating devices, the first, second and third stage overpressure relief valves are respectively set. When the gas pressure in the pipeline exceeds the preset value elbow of the safety relief valve, the safety relief valve The discharge is automatically turned on, so that the pipeline and gas equipment are always working within the set pressure range, and the "double insurance" is implemented to ensure safe use of gas.

F, flow meter

Mainly used for metering readings of natural gas flow.
G, burner

It is mainly used for the natural gas and air after LNG vaporization to be mixed and burned to generate heat to meet the needs of use.
