According to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 46 of the Anti-Monopoly Law, the Shanghai Municipal Price Bureau ordered Shanghai Hantai Company to immediately stop the illegal activities and impose a fine of 1% of the relevant market sales for the previous year, totaling RMB 2,175,200.
Zhao Chenxi said that anti-monopoly law enforcement is a normal job to strengthen post-event supervision of market behavior.
