Breakthrough in localization of coal chemical automation equipment

Recently, the "3052" project of the Yannan Lunan Fertilizer Plant - a new 4-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasification and gasification unit that processes 1150 tons of coal on a daily basis has been successfully fed once, which indicates that domestic control systems are used in large-scale coal chemical industry applications. A major breakthrough has been made, and the domestic large-scale continuous pressurized coal gasification unit has for the first time adopted a domestic DCS system to realize full-flow automatic control.
It is understood that continuous pressurized coal gasification equipment has high-risk characteristics such as flammable, explosive, high temperature (1350°C) high pressure (4MPa), and has extremely high requirements on the reliability and stability of the DCS control system for monitoring. The device is currently the only advanced continuous coal gasification plant with independent intellectual property rights and industrialization capabilities in China. It is fully equipped with internationally advanced continuous coal gasifiers – Texaco coal-water slurry gasifier and Shell pulverized coal gas The ability to compete in the furnace, etc., as the core device for the domestic production of domestic large-scale coal chemical equipment, the device successfully broke the monopoly of foreign control systems.
Previously, the "3052" project, which uses the ECS-100 control system of Zhejiang Zhonghua Technology Co., Ltd., has an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia plants and 520,000 tons of urea plants. It has been successfully launched in the second half of last year and the first half of this year. The successful application of the domestically-made control system on this project has promoted the localization of automatic control equipment in the large-scale coal chemical industry.
