What are the conditions for the installation of the trolley system?

The sliding line system installation should have the following six conditions:

1. The mobile device (traveling or other) and the track have been installed.

2. The incoming cable of the power supply and the outgoing cable of the mobile device have been laid in place.

3. Confirm whether the specifications of the above cables meet the requirements of the sliding power input and the interface of the collector. For example, if a car needs to be equipped with multiple sets of collectors, the cable transfer box is complete.

4. There are worktables available for on-site operation, such as the overhead platform of the crane, the construction basket that can be moved along the track, and the freely movable scaffolding. If you use the crane inspection platform, there should be a convenient and safe temporary power connection.

5. The site needs to cooperate with the electric technicians of the sliding line and the crane operator.

6. Construction equipment and materials, such as electric welding machine, oxygen cutting machine, temporary cable, etc., can be provided on site.
