The normal oil quality can reduce the friction of the screw, ensure the good lubrication of the head bearing, the oil separator is not blocked, and the intake valve and the check valve are flexible. The deterioration of oil quality is mainly caused by dust in the oil, water in the oil, and carbon deposit work for a long time.
First of all, to ensure that the oil does not contain dust, it is necessary to strengthen the purification of the intake air. The air filter equipped with this unit alone does not guarantee this. For this reason, we can make some improvements. Install a movable air intake hood at the air inlet (as large as possible according to the site environment), and wrap a filter cloth of sufficient density without affecting the air intake. The filter cloth is cleaned every 3 5 days, the air filter is cleaned every 7 10 days, the filter cloth is cleaned by rinsing with water, dried or dried, no need to stop; air filter cleaning is lightly beaten and matched Purging with a dry air pressure requires shutdown; the filter cloth and air filter should be thoroughly cleaned, and the replacement of the air filter core is determined by the specific conditions. At the same time, the oil filter should be cleaned once a month.
Second, we must reduce the water content in the oil. Each time the oil filter is cleaned, the downtime should be long enough, at least until the oil temperature cools to room temperature. After the oil is completely cooled to room temperature, the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank is opened, and about 20 L of oil in the tank is discharged. Then, after filtering for 35 times with a filter paper type oil filter, it was added to the oil and gas separation tank for further use. If there are 2 or more spare machines, all the oil can be discharged for filtration, so that not only the water in the oil can be filtered, but also the impurities in the oil can be filtered out.
Again, to reduce the carbon deposits of the oil, it is necessary to keep the oil temperature as low as possible, usually around 90 degrees. The measures are as follows: (1) The oil quantity should be kept close to the highest oil level line, but not exceeded. The oil level should be determined according to the position after 1 hour of shutdown; (2) to ensure that the oil has good cooling measures, if conditions When the limit causes the cooling water temperature to not fall again, a water-cooled casing can be installed outside the oil pipe to enlarge the cooling area and improve the cooling effect.

When the oil is changed, the oil in the oil separator tank and the head oil should be drained in the hot oil state after the shutdown, and the oil filter core and the oil separator core are replaced at the same time. Before installing the new oil filter core and the oil separator core, thoroughly clean the oil separator tank and the various oil pipelines and components with gasoline or kerosene (the best way is to use the grease cleaner to soak) and manually adjust the intake valve. The flexibility of the minimum pressure check valve and the check valve of the head, if the switch is not in place, the spring needs to be replaced.
