China Chemical Museum launches

On May 9th, it was a happy occasion for the 4th anniversary of the establishment of China National Chemical Industry Group. After more than a year of intense preparations, the China Chemical Museum was also launched on this day. Ren Jianxin, general manager of the group company, and members of the leadership team of the company, leaders of various professional companies, and leaders of various departments of the company participated in the museum’s opening ceremony and visited the museum as the first group of visitors.
The China Chemical Museum is built on the third floor of the Zhongguancun China Chemical Group office building and has an exhibition area of ​​2,540 square meters. It consists of eight halls: the Department of Ancient Chemistry, the Department of Modern Chemistry, the Department of Contemporary Chemistry, the Department of China Chemical Industry Group, the Chemical Industry Department of the Future, and the National Minsheng Office. In addition to a large number of texts, photos, charts, models, and other exhibits, the exhibition halls also collected more than 360 pieces of various chemical relics from ancient times to modern times. Hou Debang, a well-known chemical expert and former deputy head of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, also exhibited some of his legacy books that were donated to Beijing Chemical Industry University.
In addition to the traditional exhibition methods such as exhibition boards and models, the exhibition hall also uses modern display methods such as touch screen, video, multimedia interaction, and phantom modeling, and sets sound, light, and electricity in one place, with sound, color, and scenery. It integrates scientific knowledge, artistic aesthetics, and interesting interest, which can bring a certain amount of pleasure and enjoyment to the audience.
