Screw material feeder:
1 The screw material feeder includes feeding port, material feeder, lifting mechanism.
2 Feeding port can be connected with vacuum material feeder, the level sensor on the hopper can monitor the material.
3 The screw material feeder can pre-press and exhaust the material. The air produced by pressing will be discharged by upper exhausting port.
4 The purpose of screw material feeder is to transmit material and pre-press.
5 The speed of screw material feeder can be adjusted by the inverter.
6 Rotate to enhance the knob, lift the screw material feeder and adjust 90 degree, then roll down to connect material sucking system.
Pressing Roller System:
1,The pressing roller system is consists of double horizontal pressing rollers and the left one can slide horizontally.
2,The material is pressed into pieces by pressing roller system, then the pieces will be conveyed to another granulation structure.
3,The material feeding to pressing rollers is actually effected by the surface of pressing roller. The shaft can eliminate the hard agglomeration.
4,The pressing roller is driven by geared motor and the speed can be adjusted by the inverter.
5,Hydraulic system can keep the pressing pressure advanced set to ensure pressing continuously and consistently.
6,There will be sealed protecting cover outside of pressing roller system to secure the operator. While there will be transparent organic glass plate for observation.

Vacuum material feeder
1 General descriptionÂ
Pneumatic vacuum material feeder uses vacuum generator as source. This vacuum material feeder can convey the material directly from the container to dry granulator and vibration sieve, reducing the labors, protecting environment and meeting GMP.
When press button on or off, air compressed into the vacuum generator, the door of hopper is shut and there will be vacuum in hopper. An airflow will be formed and conveys the material to the vacuum hopper through soft pipe, some time later, stop air compressed, open the door of hopper by air cylinder. The material will be automatic put into the hopper of receiving parts, meanwhile, the compressed air stored blows back to the filter to clean.
Level controlled vacuum material feeder can control material feeding by material level sensor. When the level of material in the hopper is higher than the special location, the vacuum material feeder will stop adding; when opposite, it will add the material automatically.Â
