Vietnam consumers favor China's food machinery

Vietnamese consumers have a strong awareness of China's food products such as dairy products, confectionery, convenience foods, and soft drinks, especially low-to-medium-size ice cream, and Vietnam's prices are 1 to 2 times higher than those in China.
In terms of food machinery, the demand for complete sets of processing equipment such as food slicers, mixers, and filling machines is increasingly prosperous in Viet Nam. Chinese enterprises may consider exporting processing equipment to Vietnam or setting up factories in the country.
In particular, fruit processing equipment, Vietnam is rich in fruit, the annual output of more than 380 million tons, but Vietnam's fruit processing technology is backward, exports are still mainly fresh fruit. To this end, Vietnam plans to import a batch of fruit processing equipment and increase its processing capacity from the current annual output of 100,000 tons to 700,000 tons per year.
