How to connect the pump explosion-proof control box?

The function of the explosion-proof control box is the same. The difference is that the housing or a small number of electrical components will be different. The explosion-proof control box shell adopts two types of structure: increased safety type and explosion-proof type. The built-in electrical components are explosion-proof. For special or civilian use, the button indicator will select the explosion-proof type.

The wiring is roughly as follows:

1. The main circuit is three hot wires to the input end of the AC contactor, and three wires are connected from the output end of the contactor to the motor.

2. Control loop: The AC contactor coil is controlled by a 24v relay. The 24v relay is activated, self-protected, and stops requiring wiring. The start and stop buttons are replaced by the normally open and normally closed contacts of the pool float switch. Enough.

3. Material: 1 380v AC contactor, 1 24V control transformer (input 380v), 24v relay, 1 switch water float, 1 small electric box. One 12-bit control terminal. One 6-bit power terminal. No more.
