The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; always check whether the oil pump is supplied with oil. If it is not supplied with oil, check it immediately. Otherwise, the lack of oil can seriously damage the air compressor. 6, to replace the oil on schedule. 30 hours after the new machine is used, the oil in the crankcase is drained, the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter net are cleaned, and then the oil is changed. After that, change the oil once a year. 7, to check and clean the oil filter. Normal conditions are checked and cleaned once every quarter. If the machine usage rate is high, it should be checked and cleaned once a month. 8. The lubricant used by this machine is CD40 diesel engine oil. It is forbidden to mix different brands of lubricants, otherwise the deterioration of lubricants will affect the lubrication effect. 9, to maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours of work.
