Coating line pretreatment system
Pretreatment system is one of the most important part for coating line(ex:powder coating,paint coating,e-coating), playing a key role in coating quality.
Before a Paint finish can be successfully applied, the surface of the item to be painted should be clean and meticulously free from any type of oil or grease contamination.
To remove this contamination from the product it is usual for metal products to be 'Pre-Treated' prior to either a Paint or a Powder coating being applied.Anyuan Coating Combined Degrease/Phosphate Plants are ideally suited to 'Pre Treating' metal products, with the degrease chemicals removing any oils and the phosphate chemical providing the chemical reaction to provide an ideal surface.
It includes dip-type and spray-type pretreatment.Normally,we use zinc phosphating,iron phosphating and silane treatment,etc.

EVA blowing agent is yellow powder,it is non toxic, odorless and flammable.
Azodicarbonamide is a universal high temperature foaming agent and has good compatibility and dispersity.
Blowing agent yellow powder can be stored in normal temperature for long time. It will decompose, when the temperature is over 120.
Applications
Azodicarbonamide powder is widely used in EVA,PVC,PS,PP,PE,Rubber,XPE etc.
Blowing Agent is particularly applicable for hot-press small mold & big mould of PE and free style of rubber& plastic compound; commonly applied in MD pelleting injection of EVA, compression molding of PE&PVC, extrusion&coating of PVC, and compression molding & extrusion of rubber& plastic compound. Widely applied in high density EVA PE MD sole, NBR+PVC insulation materials, and handle of sports equipment.
