According to investigations, at present, most of China's electrical instrumentation manufacturers only pay attention to product R&D and ignore the development of production line technology. Some companies' investment is more inclined to product technology than to production line technology, leading to insufficient investment in hardware equipment. In this way, the company's automated production level is not high, resulting in product consistency is difficult to guarantee.

On how to increase the market share and competitiveness of domestic smart electrical instrumentation, Luo Baihui suggested that domestic instrumentation manufacturers should strengthen technical investment and innovation, and develop and improve production technology based on the introduction, digestion, and absorption of foreign technologies.
