In respect of environmental protection, the new standard also proposed that no major environmental pollution and ecological damage accidents occurred in the jurisdiction within the past three years; the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution” was implemented, and the “Straw-burning and Comprehensive Utilization Management Measures” was implemented. The comprehensive utilization rate of straw reached 100%, eliminating the burning of straw. The average value of regional environmental noise is ≤ 60 dB; the laws and regulations such as the "Water Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution" are implemented, and the water quality standards for a centralized drinking water source-grade protection zone are 100%.
