·Chinese auto parts become the largest anti-dumping target in India

In April 2010, the Indian government began to impose restrictive tariffs on the medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicle front axles and steering knuckles imported from China, ranging from $0.35/kg to $1.11/kg. The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry emphasized: "This anti-dumping investigation is limited to China's medium and heavy commercial vehicle front bridges and steering knuckles. The entire axle assembly is not within the scope of this investigation."

Earlier this year, Bharat Forge proposed to the Indian government to impose an additional five-year anti-dumping duty on parts imported from China. Bharat Forge said that the termination of this tax would lead to the recurrence of dumping and damage.

The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry recently issued a notice saying that in view of the fact that local enterprises have submitted sufficient evidence, the anti-dumping agency of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry immediately launched a sunset review of the former bridge and steering knuckle imported from China.

The so-called sunset review is an administrative review of the expiration of the five-year anti-dumping duty on products. If the competent authority determines in the review that the termination of the anti-dumping duty may result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage, the anti-dumping duty will continue to be imposed. During the review, the original anti-dumping duty continued to be valid.

China is India's largest anti-dumping country

Since the 1994 Uruguay Round negotiations reached an agreement, India has frequently used anti-dumping and countervailing measures in accordance with the WTO Agreement to conduct anti-dumping investigations on imported goods considered to constitute dumping and protect its domestic industries. As early as 2003, China has become the country with the most anti-dumping investigations in India. The products subject to Indian anti-dumping investigations include chemical and petrochemical products, pharmaceutical products, steel and other metals and consumer goods. The number of investigated cases accounted for 43% of the total. .

On July 16, 2014, Dr. Yang Liqiang, Director of the China Foreign Economic and Trade Research Office of the Institute of International Economics, University of International Business and Economics, said in an interview: "India's anti-dumping coverage of China is becoming wider and wider, and China's auto parts and other products are on the market. Anti-dumping has indeed intensified. "India and other countries have always regarded China as a non-market economy country, hindering the development of Chinese enterprises' production and sales in India!

According to reports, at the request of the Indian Bharat Forging Company, the Indian government recently launched an investigation into the front axles and steering knuckles imported from China to decide whether to extend the anti-dumping tax collection period for these parts.

Large Diameter Drilling Machine

Large torque and large diameter full rotary drill is a kind of drilling equipment used in underground engineering construction. It has the following characteristics:
1. High torque: The rig is equipped with a powerful power system to provide a large torque output. This allows the rig to operate in a variety of geological conditions, including hard rock and soft soil.
2. Large diameter: The drilling rig has a large drilling diameter capability and can carry out large diameter drilling operations. This is particularly important in underground engineering, such as the construction of subway tunnels, underground pipelines, etc., need to drill large diameter holes.
3. Full rotation: The rig has full rotation function, which can rotate 360 degrees in a small working space. This allows the rig to flexibly adapt to different construction environments and improve construction efficiency.
