I. Overview

The four hoisting ropes of the auxiliary shaft were replaced by φ32mm and the lifting stroke was about 540m. We take the rope changing process: first remove the 1#, 4# old wire rope, then install the 1#, 4# new wire rope; then remove the 2#, 3# old wire rope, and then install the 2#, 3# new wire rope; finally intercept The elongation of 4 new steel wire ropes. The construction period is about 16 hours.

The main features of the construction process:

1. The four steel wire ropes (old old, old, new, old, new, new and new) are always clamped by the long board, and there is no twisting between the ropes.

2. There is always only one wire rope running in the rope groove of the sky wheel, and the wire rope will not appear to be dropped.

3. The preparation work before construction does not need to occupy the mine production time. It is only about 5 hours to complete the construction equipment and tools near the wellhead and connect the power supply and the wind source.

4. Before the completion of the project, the four old wire ropes that were withdrawn were simultaneously entangled on the original four new rope reels.

5. The construction technology is mature and perfect, the safety of personnel and equipment is extremely high, and the construction time is short.

Party A needs to provide a small amount of materials, power, wind, oxygen and acetylene.

Second, preparation before construction

1. Arrange for special personnel to check the construction wire rope, 26 φ18.5mm steel wire rope sleeve, 28 φ15.5mm steel wire rope sleeve, 38 φ12.5mm steel wire rope sleeve, 10 5T hoists, 12 2T hoists, 12 1T hoists, 2 windproof, 26 sets of long board, 4 card holders, etc. are reliable, and records are made. It is strictly forbidden to use unqualified products.

2. Check whether the hydraulic pump is in good condition. Whether the four 11.4kw dispatching winches are in good condition, it is strictly forbidden to use unqualified products.

3. Check whether the construction safety belt is in good condition, check whether the construction platform board is in good condition, and it is strictly forbidden to use unqualified products.

4. Before construction, clean the wellhead and derrick debris thoroughly, and keep the construction site free of debris to prevent debris from falling into the wellbore during construction and accidents.

5. Two sets of (old) rope cars, two sets of (new) rope cars and one 11.4KW winch are arranged on the north side of the auxiliary wellhead.

6. The construction team consists of 20 construction teams: 10 in the wellhead group, 4 in the Tianlun group, and 6 in the collection and release rope group. The entire construction process is commanded by the construction team leader.

Third, the construction method

1. Fasten the four old steel wire ropes with long board: run the small cage to the upper well and stop, set up the working platform at the wellhead, then lower the small cage and tighten a long board every 60 meters until the large cage reaches the upper well. . The large tank 1# and 4# rope heads are thrown out of the suspension and connected to the rope-wound car.

2. Remove the long-board card and recycle the two old wire ropes: start the rope-receiving car to recover the old rope, and remove the long-board card on the side of the small cage until the small cage runs to the wellhead.

3. Use old steel wire rope with new steel wire rope: When the small cage runs to the wellhead position, the old rope is cut off and connected with the new rope head. Remove the old rope head suspended from the small cage, connect it to the old rope head of the rope collecting vehicle, take the new rope head through the sky wheel and drum, and connect the new rope to the suspension.

4. Place two new steel wire ropes: start the winch and lower the small cage, and start to lower the new rope. Tighten a long board every 60 meters until the large cage reaches the upper wellhead, cut off the new rope and put it into the suspension, and tighten the wedge ring bolts. The 1# and 4# new ropes are replaced.

5. Then replace the 2# and 3# new ropes in the same way.

6, large winch trial operation, project completion acceptance.

Fourth, the construction process

1. The six construction workers of the retracting rope group placed two sets of (old) rope cars and two sets of (new) rope cars on the north side of the auxiliary wellhead. The bases of the four rope cars were padded with sleepers. Two ground anchors were placed at the back of the car, and the rope car was tightened with a 2 ton chain hoist.

2. Load a weight of about 2 tons (about the weight of one wire rope) into the large cage so that when the rope is replaced, the difference in tension between the sides of the cage is about the weight of one wire rope.

3. Start the large winch, so that the small cage hanging overhead exposes the level of the upper wellhead to stop. The 10 construction workers of the wellhead group use the plank to work the platform. First, four rectangular planks are placed on the wellhead lock beam along the east-west direction. then the north-south direction along the short board 10 are resting on rectangular board, wood and iron binding wire, wooden platform so solid and reliable.

4, 6 construction workers stand on the platform, use 4 long board to clamp 4 old hoisting ropes, then use the electric wrench to tighten 8 bolts, so that the long board is tightly stuck with 4 old ropes.

5. Start the big winch, the small cage is lowered at a speed of 1m/s. When the winch is stopped after 60m, the 6 people on the construction platform will hit 1 long board in 4 old steel ropes and bolt the long board. Tightening.

6, then start the big winch down 60 meters after parking, also put a pair of long board to hold 4 old wire rope. By analogy, a long board is tightened every 60 meters until the large cage rises to the upper well.

7. Stop when the top of the large cage reaches the working position of the upper wellhead.

8. Two people in the wellhead group close the valves of the 2# and 3# suspension cylinders, open the valves of the 1# and 4# suspension cylinders, connect the main valve to the oil pump pipeline, slowly open the main valve, and hang the 1 and 4 The cylinder is relieved of pressure to loosen the 1# and 4# steel ropes.

9. The four construction workers of the Tianlun Group used two long boards to lock the four old ropes on the old wire rope on the large tank side of the Tianlun platform.

10. Eight people in the wellhead group hang six sets of 2 tons of chain hoists on the beam of the frame, and hang the 1# and 4# suspensions with four 2 ton hoists.

11. Use the electric wrench to remove the 4 screws of the card returning rope head and use the windshield to vertically align the wedge ring to force the wedge ring to slowly disengage from the wedge box.

12. Two construction workers slowly moved the wedge ring to the outside of the wellhead and polished the rust on both sides of the wedge ring.

13. Take out the two old wire ropes in the wedge box and connect them with the traction ropes of the old wire rope car with two φ32mm wire rope clamps. Two 5 ton trolleys were hung at the wellhead to guide the two old steel ropes, and two 5 ton guide pulleys were connected to the wellhead sill beam with two φ15.5mm wire rope slings.

14. Lift the 11.4KW winch outside the wellhead 1# and 4# of the old tank side to the wellbore, replace the two new suspension connecting devices, and fasten them to 2#, 3# with φ15.5mm wire rope sleeves respectively. On the suspension, the wire rope cover is connected with a 3 ton shackle, and the shackle pin hole is fastened with a wire.

15. The personnel of the Tianlun Group used an electric wrench to remove the long board from the side of the large cage.

16. Start the large winch and amplify the cage at a slow speed of 0.5m/s. At the same time, the 2 personnel of the rope set also start the 2 sets of ropes on the north side of the wellhead to synchronously recover the 1# and 4# old ropes.

17. When the long wire card on the side of the small cage is exposed to the upper wellhead, the large winch is stopped by the wellhead signal, and the two ropes of the old wire rope are also stopped synchronously.

18. Six people in the wellhead group stood on the wellhead construction platform to remove the long board.

22. When the small cage is suspended, the working platform of the upper wellhead is mentioned. The large winch is parked and locked. The personnel of the Tianlun Group play a long board on the east and west sides of the wire rope of the Tianpan platform.

23. Use the above method to remove the two old wire ropes 1# and 4# of the small cage from the suspension.

24. Pull the two new wire ropes from the rope-removing car to the wellhead.

25. Cut the two old ropes at the wellhead with gas cutting.

26. The two old steel wire ropes that have been cut off are connected with the new steel wire rope head and the old steel wire rope head taken out from the suspension. The new and old steel wire rope heads are connected by three pairs of φ32mm steel wire rope clamps, and the old and old two steel wire ropes are used with two pairs of φ32mm steel wire ropes. The clips are connected and the two fastening screws of the wire rope u-type card must be tightened.

27. Two 2 ton trolleys were hanged at the wellhead to guide the two new steel ropes. Two 5 ton guide pulleys were connected to the wellhead sill beam with two φ15.5mm wire rope slings. Lift the 11.4KW winch outside the wellhead 1# and 4# of the small tank side to the wellbore, replace the two new suspension connecting devices, and fasten them to the 2# and 3# suspensions with φ15.5mm wire rope ties. Connect the wire rope cover with a 3 ton shackle. The shackle pin hole is fastened with wire.

28. The construction personnel of the Tianlun Group used an electric wrench to remove the long board from the east and west sides of the wire rope platform.

29, start the big winch to slow down the small cage at a speed of 0.1m / s, two people in the rope group to start the old rope to synchronously recycle the old wire rope; the new wire rope moves with the old wire rope, first bypass the sky wheel and roller Then, after the next day, I arrived at the wellhead.

30. At the wellhead, the construction personnel of the wellhead group removed the connecting clamps of the new and old steel wire ropes respectively, and bundled the new steel wire ropes with soft slings and left them on the well casing beam.

31. The construction personnel of the retractable rope group will pick up the 1# and 4# two new steel wire ropes from the rope groove with four 1 ton hand hoists in the winch room.

32. Start the large winch and lift the small cage slowly at a speed of 0.2m/s until the small cage is suspended to expose the working platform of the upper wellhead.

33. Remove the four 1 ton chain hoists from the winch room and put the two new steel ropes 1# and 4# into the original rope groove.

34. The personnel of the Tianlun Group put a long board on the rope on the east side of the Tianlun platform.

35. Remove the new rope head from the frame beam, remove the connected soft sling, and then thread the 1# and 4# two new steel wire ropes into the 1# and 4# suspensions respectively, and tighten the wedge ring. The wrench tightens the card screws of the four return heads.

36. The Tianlun Group personnel removed a long board on the wire rope on the east side of the Tianlun platform.

37. Start the large winch and slowly lower the small cage at a speed of 0.5m/s. At the same time, the new rope car will continue to spit out the new rope.

38. When the small cage is placed under 60 meters, the personnel of the wellhead group will play a long board on the side of the small cage, and clamp the four new steel ropes (new and old), before the long board, the personnel of the Tianlun group. The 1# and 4# new wire ropes on the east side should be tightened upwards with the oil cylinder to pull out part of the tension and structural deformation of the new wire rope.

39. Start the large winch and continue to lower the small cage at a speed of 0.5m/s. At the same time, the new rope car will continue to put the new rope. When the 60 meters is placed, stop it. Use the same method to put a long board on the wire rope side of the small cage. card.

40. By analogy, stop every 60 meters and hit a long board until the large cage is hung to expose the upper well.

41. When the large tank cage is hung to expose the upper wellhead, the big winch stops.

42. Retract the rope group personnel to the winch room, use 2 sets of 3 tons of chain hoists to straighten the lower spiral ropes of 1# and 4# new steel ropes into the winch room, and then use 2 sets of personnel for the Tianlun group. Tonne of chain hoists bar 1#, 4# new wire rope upper spiral rope straightened in the direction of the wellhead.

43. When the 1# and 4# new wire ropes and the lower ropes are straightened, the personnel of the wellhead group cut off the 1# and 4# new ropes at the appropriate position of the wellhead.

44. Pass the 1# and 4# new steel wire ropes into the suspension, and tighten the wedge ring. Use an electric wrench to tighten the card screws of the four return rope heads.

45. Connect the pressure pump to the main valves of 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# suspension, close the 2# and 3# suspension valves, and open the 1# and 4# suspension valves.

46. ​​Turn on the pressure pump and press the 1# and 4# cylinders. When the 1# and 4# cylinders are extended to a certain extent, when the 1# and 4# new steel ropes receive a certain pulling force, the 2# and 3# old steel ropes Loose. (At this time, the new wire rope is stressed, you can remove the other 2 old wire ropes)

47, 1#, 4# new rope replacement is completed.

48. Replace the 2# and 3# wire ropes and the other 4 first rope suspension connecting devices in the same way.

49, 1#, 4#, 2#, 3# After the wire rope is replaced, the winch is trial run.

50. Clean up the construction site of the skywheel platform, the perimeter of the wellhead and the north side of the wellhead. (When cleaning the construction site, the four old steel ropes can be wrapped back to the original four new rope reels)

Five, signal regulations

1. At the auxiliary wellhead, at the rope-removing car and the rope-receiving car, at the sky wheel platform, there are two interphones at the winch room for signal communication.

2. When it is necessary to start a large winch, the winch signal needs to be contacted at the same time with the walkie-talkie, and the large winch can be started only after the signal is determined to be correct.

Sixth, safety precautions

1. All participating construction personnel must learn to sign this post and sign the post.

2. The construction personnel shall obey the unified command of the construction person in charge.

3. The construction workers at the wellhead must use the qualified seat belts correctly.

4. Clean up the construction site and the wellhead debris before construction.

5, special personnel guard the wellhead and set a safety sign, no one can fall into the wellbore.

6. The lifting tool materials and equipment used must be inspected in advance to ensure solid and reliable. Other materials should also be checked for reliability.

7. The tool materials used in the wellbore should be properly reserved to prevent the fall of the well.

8. The working platform placed on the wellhead shall not have a probe plate and be bundled firmly. The thickness of the board shall not be less than 60mm. It is a wood board with no decay, cracks and deformation.

9, chain hoists, suspension rope sets, etc. must be reliable.

10. All construction workers in the construction shall do their own work to ensure the safety of construction.

11. Strict requirements The speed of the rope car and the hoist should be consistent. It should be less than 0.5m/s. The operation should be careful and careful. The winch driver should concentrate on one person and operate one person.

12. All boards must be firmly connected, and the construction rope sleeves should be plugged in. The length of the plugging is not less than 20 times the diameter of the wire rope.

13. It is strictly forbidden to work in parallel. When lifting heavy objects, it should be tested and hoisted. When the hoist is running, no one is allowed in the wellbore. The person in the distance of the rope should be careful to avoid it.

14. If abnormal conditions are found, the hoist should be immediately commanded to stop, and then checked, and the car can be moved normally.

15. Before the rope is cut, the length of the measuring rope should be accurate and should be verified by two people.

16. Strictly implement the welding measures, prepare the fire-fighting equipment, and sprinkle water into the wellbore if necessary.
