The operating conditions of the gasoline generator start-up air system for gasoline generators are as follows:
1. Each gasoline-powered gasoline engine is equipped with a WP 65L-100 electric compressor, which is used to supply and supplement compressed air to the starting cylinder. It can automatically or manually remotely control inputs and remove compressors.
When the compressor is started, the electromagnetic trap IXJP.OANO01-KA01 is simultaneously powered (closed) after 15 seconds of delay, and then drained every 15 minutes for 15 seconds; otherwise, when the compressor is removed, the trap is simultaneously Power off (on). Third, control solenoid valve IXJP.0AA041A (its position switch is IXJP.0CG042) is a three-way valve (3-way valve), when there is a start signal, it is turned on at the same time, compressed air can pass through and the main start Valve 1XJP.0AA041 (the position switch is 1XJP.0CG041) turns on.
After the main starting valve is opened, all the compressed air is sent to the cylinder starting valve through the starting air distributor. When the cylinder starting valve is opened, the compressed air enters the cylinder and pushes the piston to move. The start air distributor is installed on the gasoline engine. The cam of the gasoline engine assists with the half speed of the engine. Its function is to send compressed air into the cylinder in sequence according to the order of firing during the start-up process. The other compressed air after the main starting valve passes through the check valve (1XJP.0AA642) and the restrictor (1XJP.0AA043, restrictor) and then is injected into the air inlet system to compensate for the insufficient air flow during the swivel. The flow restrictor can adjust the air flow into the air intake system.
Once the gasoline generator has ignited and reached the minimum speed (350 rpm), the control circuit is interrupted by the relay of the speed sensor (1XJY.0CS003/004/005) and the control solenoid valve 1XJP.0AA041A is closed. This also causes the source of power to start the valve to be shut off and shut off, and the compressed air start sequence is interrupted.
The control solenoid valve has a manual opening knob, and the main activation valve also has a manual pressure lever to open the main activation valve. (Their role is to start the gasoline generator in an emergency.)
If the gasoline engine does not ignite within 6 seconds of start-up, a "start failure" signal is sent. This is the control of the solenoid valve being shut down.
