Screw pump successfully tested in Pucheng Oilfield

On May 1st, employees of 35 metering stations of the No. 2 Production Plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield inspected the base of the motor of No. 6-118 well. Screw pump is an artificial lift oil recovery method, which can save one-time investment, low cost, easy installation, high pump efficiency and low energy consumption; it can be used for the exploitation of heavy oil, sand, and high gas-containing wells, replacing part of electricity in the next step. Pumping, reducing costs and increasing efficiency while performing oil production structure adjustment have certain guidance and reference significance.æ¿®6-118 well was pumped into the screw pump for the first time, with a daily output of 75.8 tons, a daily increase of 20 tons, and a dynamic liquid surface of 700 meters. The experiment was successful.
