Different types of environmental adaptability tests can be carried out at different stages of the development and production of LED display products to achieve the following objectives:
1 Determine the working limit and damage limit of the product's resistance to environmental stress, and provide a basis for design.

In the initial stage of product development and production, due to defects in the design and related documentation specifications, such as improper selection of materials, environmental stress or work stress considerations are not in line with the reality, the maximum value of environmental stress extremes will be used. Defects are motivated to provide information for improved design.

5 Verify the degree of assurance of the environmental adaptability of the production equipment and manufacturing process.
6 Eliminate residual defects. During the development, production, loading, unloading, transportation, storage and installation of products, there are often some accidental factors that cause hidden dangers of products, resulting in structural and component damage. The defects caused by these factors are often called residual defects. For such defects, environmental stress screening or aging can be used to eliminate them.
7 Provide the basis and information for the reliability design of the product.
8 provides the basis for product reliability testing. Since the reliability index of the product is based on other quality indicators of the product, the reliability test can only be carried out after the product has passed the performance test and the environmental adaptability test.
