In order to further promote international cooperation and speed up the transformation and upgrading of energy and power technologies, on January 15, 2018, the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association held the "International Conference on the Transformation and Upgrading of the Power Technology of Conventional Fuel Vehicles" at the China Science and Technology Hall in Beijing. The conference focused on the theme of “energy conservation, emission reduction and green development†and discussed in depth the upgrading of the traditional fuel vehicle power technology and the development of new energy and power represented by fuel cells, which helped boost the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
Chairman of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association Tan Xuguang chaired the meeting
The seminar was chaired by Tan Xuguang, president of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association. Minister of Science and Technology and Chairman of the Association for Science and Technology Wan Gang attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Wan Gang pointed out that the green economy and the harmonious relationship between man and nature are the trend of the times. With the development of society and the improvement of the people's demands for a better life, the energy conservation and emission reduction have been highly valued by all walks of life. Both the automobile and internal combustion engine industries are facing energy conservation. The huge pressure of reducing emissions must be analyzed calmly, transforming the current challenges into development opportunities. Wan Gang said that emission reduction and consumption reduction are the direction of internal combustion engine efforts in the near future. There is still a certain gap between China's energy consumption and the international advanced level. It is necessary to invest resources in high-performance key component technologies and post-processing, and organize scientific research. The combination of the internal combustion engine and the electrification is the most likely direction in the future, and higher costs must be met with lower costs. We must attach great importance to the industrialization and application of fuel cells and respond well in advance.
At the meeting, the Director of the High-Tech Division of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Qin Yong, gave a report on the meeting. Peter Terry, member of the German Bosch Board of Directors, Michael Williams, Chief Sales Officer of the Deutz Group, Germany, and Helmuth Lisst, CEO of AVL, Austria, Germany FEI CEO Pisingh Stephen, President and CEO of Ballard Power Systems Canada, Randy McKevin, Japan Vice President of Nissan Co., Ltd. Hiroyuki Hiroyuki, CEO of European Internal Combustion Engine Association Shang Peter, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor of Tsinghua University Ouyang Minggao, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Prof. Su Wanhua of Tianjin University, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chief Engineer of China FAW Group Li Jun, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the China Automotive Engineering Society Zhang Jinhua, Deputy Director of China Automotive Technology Research Center Wu Zhixin, China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Executive Vice President and Secretary-General Xing Min, etc., respectively, revolved around the topic.
Round table session
In the end, Tan Xuguang, president of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, listened to and comprehensively analyzed the speeches made by the delegates and made concluding remarks on the guests’ opinions. He pointed out that traditional energy is still the main driving force in the world in the near future and must be upgraded and surpassed. In the next three to five years, the dominant power position of traditional internal combustion engines will not be shaken. However, in the face of social responsibility and huge pressures for energy conservation and emission reduction, we must rely on technological progress to accelerate the upgrading, especially in terms of thermal efficiency and low emissions, as soon as possible to achieve beyond. New energy is an irreversible development trend in the world. It must accelerate the layout and lead. The upgrading of traditional energy sources and the development of new energy sources must achieve global resource sharing and take the road of open innovation.
Tan Xuguang hopes that the international seminar on fuel power should establish a regular meeting mechanism, and industry associations should play a better platform role. I look forward to the next study to achieve greater results.
As a leading company in the internal combustion engine industry, Weichai has been actively participating in and promoting the upgrading and implementation of national emission standards for many years. The annual R&D investment is over 4%, and it has invested 1.5 billion yuan to build an internationally leading engine R&D test base with the largest scale, most complete functions, and strongest capabilities in the country. It has built a state key laboratory for the reliability of internal combustion engines and passed the China CNAS Laboratory. Accredited and accredited by TÃœV Laboratories in Germany. Weichai is also the only company in China that has passed the US EPA laboratory competence certification. It has obvious advantages in engine emission R&D capabilities and is at the leading level in China.
The conference was led by the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the International Liaison Department of the China Association for Science and Technology. Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Ye Dongbai, and Vice Minister Wang Qinglin of the International Liaison Department of the China Association for Science and Technology attended the meeting. Over 40 high-level individuals, experts and scholars from well-known domestic and foreign companies, associations, research institutes, universities and relevant ministries and commissions attended the meeting.
The in-depth discussion of the international counterparts has played a positive role in promoting the development of the internal combustion engine technology and the industrial upgrading of the internal combustion engine industry.
Readings:Description
High efficiency rotray film evaporator (also called rotary scraper evaporator ) consists of one or more cylinders heated with jackets and film-scraper. The film-scraper continuously scrapes the charging material to even liquid film. During the process, components with low boiling points are evaporated and the hangover is expelled from the bottom of the evaporator. Scraper evaporator is a kind of high efficiency machine that achieves falling film and evaporation under vacuum condition.
Application
Teh rotary film evaporator is widely used in chemical, petrifaction, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food and fine chemical industries. This rotary film evaporator is especially suited to thermo-sensitive materials, high viscosity materials and easy crystallization materials.
Features
1. Rotary film evaporator is a new-type high-effective evaporator with high-speed flowing, high-effective heating transfer, short flow time and high operating flexibility.
2. This scraper evaporator features high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity and short flow time.
3. Rotary film evaporator shares some unique features when compared to the conventional film evaporator, for example, high adaptability, low pressure loss and simple operation.
