For this reason, from the procurement of raw materials, processing of parts and components, to the process tooling, it must be selected in accordance with the standards of the military industry. At the same time, after more than three thousand tests and tests, various extreme application scenario tests have been conducted under simulated conditions, and the problems have been repeatedly improved to meet the above requirements.
In addition, in order to ensure safety, intelligent padlocks, in addition to the use of dedicated electronic keys, can no longer have other alternate opening methods (mechanical key opening methods), fundamentally eliminating the possibility of technology opening.
2. Special requirements for system communication
There are three main considerations:
(1) In order to ensure that the data transmission is safe, stable, and reliable, and prevent the communication from being interrupted due to accidental power failure, the system is not allowed to use cable transmission such as fiber optic cable, but can only be implemented using wireless transmission.
(2) The National Palace Museum is a national museum with a large number of audiences, and the highest number of daily audiences exceeded 180,000. In order to avoid the delay of smart padlock data and alarm information caused by excessive public data, it is also not possible to use wireless data transmission methods commonly used in the market such as GPRS, CDMA and other wireless data transmission systems provided by mobile operators.
(3) The National Palace Museum is also a national museum. At the same time, it is also a reception place for many state affairs. In addition to its neighboring Tiananmen political core area, major national events are frequent. According to the geography of the Forbidden City, in this situation, multiple systems such as the internal and peripheral security of the Palace Museum and TV broadcasts are centralized at the same time. To avoid interference with other communication signals or to be shielded by other sources, the system is wireless. The alarm must have its own relatively independent communication band frequency.
In order to meet the above data transmission requirements, the system adopts cutting-edge technologies such as CSMA carrier monitoring multiple access technology, wireless frequency division technology, ACK confirmation mechanism, data fusion and filtering technology, etc., which improves the quality and reliability of data transmission and ensures data integrity. Encrypted transmission can achieve all-weather, full-time, no interference, no obstacles, and timely, accurate, stable, and secure requirements.
3. The new system must have software and hardware interfaces that are effectively integrated with the original security system of the Palace Museum.
In the years of its safety management practices, the Palace Museum has established a set of sound and effective management methods and management systems that are compatible with it. In recent years, several sets of intelligent systems such as the security technology prevention system and the police linkage system have been successively upgraded. This requires the software and hardware interfaces of the intelligent padlock access management system to be compatible with and integrate the access control system into the Forbidden City. The safety management system has become an important part of safety and security.
In response to this demand, the system R&D team conducted a large number of pre-study investigations, conducted a secondary development of the access control system for the port docking protocol provided by the original system, and conducted a pair of key management systems and electronic keys that had been running for many years. A binding can read the work card and key card built-in chip information synchronously. Based on this, the classification, decentralized management, and time window management are added, forming the “leader + electronic key + lead time + unlock time + "Closed time + return key time" management closed loop.
