On the 11th, Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group Co., Ltd. was informed that according to the progress of its production plan, the group will formally produce qualified coal-based natural gas on the “11th†this year, and enter the main line of West-East Gas Pipeline II.
According to the person in charge of the group, according to the plan, they will complete all the civil construction tasks by the end of this month; the mechanical installation will be completed in June; the power supply and water supply conditions will be available in July; and the conditions for driving coal and thermoelectric devices will be met; the pipeline purging will start in August. Stand-alone test work; starting in September linkage test. At the same time, all preparations for production are in place to ensure that the “11†opens up the flow and produces qualified natural gas.
It is understood that from 2010 onwards, the group has started a series of basic work centering on the production and sales of coal-based natural gas projects: Integrating local coal resources, it is currently capable of mining more than 25 million tons of coal per year; water supply, power supply, and oxygen pipelines A number of supporting projects, including fly ash cement, have been started one after another. With the assistance of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a letter of intent for purchase and sale of coal-based natural gas has been signed with CNPC to ensure that sales are not a problem.
The staff of Xinjiang Qinghua Office told the reporter that after the project is put into production in 2011, it can supply 1.3 billion square meters of gas annually, and by 2013, the gas supply capacity will reach 5.5 billion square meters.
Xinjiang Qinghua Energy Group is the first coal-based natural gas project approved by the state in Xinjiang. The Group settled in Yili in March 2009 based on abundant coal resources and water resources. After the entire coal-based natural gas project is completed and put into production, it will require 21 million tons of coal each year, and it will realize sales revenue of 17 billion yuan and profits of 2.6 billion yuan.
It is reported that Xinjiang Ili is a national energy and coal chemical base established by the central government. There are currently 9 coal-based natural gas projects under construction or planned to be built, and all of them can produce 40 billion cubic meters of gas annually after they reach production capacity.
