When the pressure is low, the continuous operation of the air compressor can replenish the gas and increase the air pressure. When the pressure is too high and exceeds the rated pressure of the gas storage tank, there is a danger of explosion. For this purpose, the gas storage tank is installed on the one hand. The safety valve automatically opens when the gas pressure exceeds a certain value, which acts as a pressure relief function to ensure safety. On the other hand, the air compressor is designed with the pressure regulating function in mind, and it is desirable that the compressor discharge amount is within the required adjustment range. Continuously changing, the exhaust gas volume is equal to the gas consumption at any time, and the pressure in the gas storage tank is stabilized. The pressure regulator is a component that regulates the air pressure according to the pressure of the gas.
Types of Pressure Regulators The exhaust volume adjustment methods include speed adjustment, line adjustment, and pressure opening valve adjustment. Since the internal combustion engine and the steam engine-driven compressor can be continuously changed in the rotational speed of the prime mover, the continuous discharge amount adjustment can be conveniently performed. The hand wheel under the unloading valve is used to cut off the air intake when the air compressor starts, rotate the hand wheel during operation, so that the screw connected to it pushes the valve core, closes the intake passage, and the air compressor starts after the empty load starts. Unscrew the handwheel and let the relief valve be in a natural state.
