Recently, the seven research projects undertaken by Tianjin Inspection and Quarantine Bureau have all successfully passed the AQSIQ's appraisal. The project involves a total of 4 majors in food inspection, electromechanical, management, industrial raw materials and appraisal, of which two research achievements have reached international advanced and leading positions. At the same level, the results of the other five projects have reached the leading domestic level.
The subcritical water extraction-filler adsorption pretreatment technology was systematically studied for the first time at home and abroad through the appraisal of "Subcritical Water Extraction-Pretreatment Techniques for Purification of Carbon Nanotube Column Pretreatment Techniques in Quantitative Analysis of Food Hazard Analysis." The application of quantitative analysis of food hazards; the adsorption conditions and effects of carbon nanotubes were studied and compared with C8 and C18 adsorption packings. A dynamic subcritical water extraction device was developed and a dynamic subcritical water extraction model was established to achieve dynamic subcritical water extraction and detection of various pesticide and veterinary drug residues in loquat, chicken meat products and carrots. The experts of the appraisal committee unanimously believed that the research results of the project were innovative and filled the domestic gap. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level.
"Research and Application of Molecularly Imprinted Monolithic Columns for the Detection of Quinolone Veterinary Drug Residues in Foods of Animal Origin" An in situ polymerization technique was used to prepare molecular fingerprints for the analysis of quinolone residues in ionic liquids using norfloxacin as a template. Monolithic columns were examined for their technical performance and applied to the detection of quinolone veterinary drug residues in foods of animal origin. The established method is simple and fast. After discussion by the members of the appraisal committee, the research results of the project are considered to be innovative and fill the gaps in the country. The overall technology is at the international advanced level.
