(1) A blade is attached to the back surface of the impeller rear wheel to generate a negative pressure to form an axial seal. The number of attached blades is generally 6 or 8.

(2) Flange surface sealing, welding a ring to the flange joint of the air inlet and the rear cover, and winding the asbestos rope between the two mating rings.

(3) Design a shaft sealing device with a good sealing effect. The shaft seal is formed by a split hard hard asbestos board and a split 16Mn steel plate 90, forming a sealing unit, a plurality of sealing units are stacked together, bolted to form a shaft seal group, and finally locked by a shaft seal cover. On the side panel of the casing, the inner diameter of the asbestos board is exactly matched with the shaft, and the inner diameter of the steel plate is larger than the shaft diameter. The MF-13R180SW, MF-AR160D, MF-BR205D and other pulverized coal blowers designed and manufactured by our factory adopt Fawdi anti-wear plate anti-wear to make the life of the impeller doubled. The above three methods are used to prevent leakage and successfully solve the leakage problem. After the use of the investment, it worked well and was well received by users.
