Jiangsu Shengao is the world's largest supplier of rubber antioxidants. Taizhou New Plant plans to build 15,000 tons/year of rubber vulcanizing agent insoluble sulfur, 30,000 tons/year vulcanization accelerator M, and 30,000 tons/year vulcanization accelerator NS integration project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The first-phase project will build a 5,000-ton high-content, high-heat-stability, high-dispersibility “three-high†rubber vulcanizing agent insoluble sulfur plant, which is scheduled to be put into operation in the third quarter of 2012.
It is understood that radial tires made of "three high-grade" rubber vulcanizing agent insoluble sulfur as raw materials, wear resistance increased by 30% to 50% than ordinary tires, the service life of 1.5 times that of ordinary tires, and save 6% ~ 8 % of fuel consumption. At present, the product is monopolized by international giants, and domestic users mainly rely on imports. Cai Shengqi, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of Jiangsu Shengao, said that the successful development of Jiangsu Shengao rubber vulcanizing agent has successfully broken international monopoly.
