The construction of the project in the first half of 2012 will take five years. The total investment of the project exceeds 100 million euros. The first phase of the project will be completed in 2014. By then, 600 R&D personnel will be able to settle in. The second phase of the project will be completed by the end of 2016 and it will accommodate 1,000 R&D personnel. By 2017, a brand new Michelin R&D complex will be formed in Latin America and build a high-level innovation and technology base for Michelin.
