A total of 59 submersible pumps produced by 59 companies in 9 provinces and municipalities in Tianjin, Shanxi, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Hunan and Guangdong were selected. According to the "Farming and Forestry Tractors and Machinery Safety Technical Requirements Part 8: Drainage Pumps and Pump Sets" GB10395.8-2006 and other related standards and the record of the current effective corporate standards and product express quality requirements, the submersible pump product overload protection, Grounding Measures, Insulation Resistance, Electrical Pump Outgoing Cables, Stator Winding Withstand Voltage, Efficiency, Flow and Heading at a Specified Point, Power Factor, Stator Temperature Rise Limit, Motor Water (Gas) Pressure Test, Safety Signs, Operating Instructions Safety Contents Thirteen items such as sign and sign firmness were examined.

Spot check found that "Tai Shun" well submersible pump, "Chang" single-phase submersible pump, "Luoxi" small submersible pump, "Rexta" stainless steel deep well submersible pump, "Liyuan" stainless steel submersible deep well pump and other 5 kinds The product does not meet the requirements of the standard. The unqualified project involves grounding measures, insulation resistance, electric pump lead-out cables, etc.
