If there is no damping, the idling will take a long time at high speed, and the vibrating rods will not be able to dissipate heat in time and be easily burned out.

The vibrator is a key component of the cement concrete paving machine. Its good working condition is directly related to the quality of the concrete. Its operating frequency is 6000 ~ 11000r/min. During the construction process, some vibration rods are sometimes found to be weak and it is useless to adjust the frequency knob. In this case, the damaged vibration rods should be replaced or repaired. Unscrew the centrifuge housing from the damaged vibrator and pull out the centrifuge. We will see that some of the bearings on both ends of the spinner have been burned out, but they can also be turned; some support bearings of the output shaft of the vibrating motor have been damaged; Some oil leaks due to broken seals.

Normally, the no-load start-up is good, but after working for ten minutes or more, the vibrator stops vibrating. When the hydraulic motor is disassembled, it is found that the connecting fork of the driven gear shaft of the motor has broken, or the wire shaft in the connecting shaft connecting the motor and the eccentric breaks, so that the vibrating rod does not work. For this case, the exclusion method is to check whether the motor housing is damaged. If there is no replacement gear pair and seal ring, replace the wire shaft, replace all the bearings, and then use the assembly.
