Why the market will improve in the second half? Pang Qinghua explained: “A lot of infrastructure projects have been stopped now. Many people have taken the ground without starting work. Regarding market segments, Pang Qinghua believes that the tractor market in the second half of the year will certainly be good, but the dump truck may still not be very good.

Referring to the "Regulations on the Protection of Highway Safety" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") that the state began implementing on July 1 last year, Pang Qinghua believed that the "Regulations" did not have much impact on the heavy truck market. At the same time, he believes: "The state's promulgation of policies and regulations can not be like convulsions, bursts of a while. Since the policy has been enacted, it must be strictly implemented, or users will be difficult when buying a car.
