The agreement signed this time is based on the deepening cooperation agreement signed by the Anqing Municipal Government and China Shipbuilding Corporation on December 21, 2009 on the support cooperation agreement for supporting Anqing China Ship Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. The agreement clearly proposes to jointly support Anchai's “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” to accelerate development, jointly build a ship power and supporting industrial clusters, and strive to make the total output value of CSSC's ship supporting enterprises in Anqing reach more than 6 billion yuan by 2015. Deepen cooperation goals. At the same time, the agreement also confirms that CSSC will use Anchai as the key backbone enterprise for the production of medium-speed marine diesel engines and marine ancillary products of the group company. In the “12th Five-Year” development plan of CSSC, the project planning and layout, Product introduction, independent research and development, and technical investment have given Ahn Chai a key support. The Anqing Municipal People's Government has included the “12th Five-Year Plan” construction project of Anchai Company in the “3231” key project of Anqing City, and applied for inclusion in the “861” key project of Anhui Province and the demonstration project of military-civilian integration industry, in the construction land and industrial park construction. Relevant policy support was given in terms of land transfer income and Other aspects, and Anchai Company was actively assisted in securing national and provincial policy funding support.

Before signing the contract, Lu Xiaoyan pointed out that since the 11th Five-Year Plan, with the strong support of the Anqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Anqing Zhongchuan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. has achieved rapid development and become a key enterprise under the CSSC Group. At present, despite the impact of the European debt crisis, it has a major impact on the shipbuilding situation, but CSSC will, in accordance with the scientific development ideas, overcome difficulties and accelerate development. Anchai Company is the only enterprise developed by CSSC in Anhui. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, CSSC will continue to focus on Anchai Company in accordance with the requirements of cooperation between the provinces and departments, and support the expansion of scale and enhance the core competition of enterprises. We will further deepen the integration with the local economy and realize the diversification of cooperation.

CSSC placed the medium-speed diesel engine and its supporting industrial park in Anqing, which is not only the actual needs of CSSC, but also the development of the company. Anqing Zhongchuan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., as a leading enterprise in mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprises, will surely play a greater role and achieve faster development.
