Successful development of computer stocking machine control system

It is reported that Zhejiang University Galaxy Automation Co., Ltd. uses a number of national patent technologies, using a clever design, reasonable structure and advanced control technology, carefully developed a new generation of high-tech products - computer stocking machine control system. The needle selection mechanism of the system adopts Japanese and Italian original high-frequency, low-power piezoelectric ceramic needle selectors and high-precision encoders. The rotation speed is automatically controlled by the computer and can be arbitrarily set under various working conditions.

Even the most complex, awkward and intricate of shapes can be accurately cut through a Fiber Laser as the user has total control over the beam intensity, duration and heat input. Laser cutting has some similarities to other laser-based processes such as engraving and drilling, which also use a focused laser beam to effectively make designed cuts into a material.
