Shaanxi Steam Natural Gas Heavy Truck Technology began in the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" and technology accumulation has exceeded 10 years. Since Shaanxi Automobile successfully developed China's first single-fuel, pure natural gas, heavy-duty commercial vehicle in 2005 to fill the gap in China, Shaanxi Auto Natural Gas Heavy Truck won the China Automotive Industry Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2011. In the continuous innovation of technology, Shaanxi Natural Gas Heavy-duty Trucks achieved a leap-forward development.
For the future, Shaanxi Auto has started a new strategic thinking. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, Shaanxi Auto plans to produce and sell 50,000 natural gas heavy trucks, "strengthen heavy trucks, expand commercial vehicles, cultivate new growth points, and achieve sustainable development." At the same time, Shaanxi Auto will focus on the national strategic focus of the development of new energy industries, with the mission of exporting high-quality new energy heavy trucks, and is determined to make China's natural gas heavy trucks bigger and stronger and lift up a beautiful China.
